Shipping policies

Orders are shipped within 7 business days of purchase confirmation, except for "Pre-order" items, which are shipped using the production time plus delivery time.

The delivery time starts counting from the date the order is shipped. In general, the estimated delivery times provided by the postal service are:

PAC: 7 to 12 business days

SEDEX: 3 to 4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the city, region, and date of posting, and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
